Paul Ourselin: "I’m motivated for tomorrow"

"When the peloton came back to within a minute, Benjamin Thomas made his move and it turned into a really nice battle, with the sprinters' teams really pushing hard. Tomorrow, it will be my turn to go back out there.
I calculated my move, knowing that with the points I had earned in the first two stages, I could keep the jersey until Friday. I then made sure to recover and I felt good today, so I'm motivated for tomorrow.
Unlike Saturday or Sunday, it won't be high mountains straight away. The finish is very difficult, but the start of the race is quite open. There could be a big battle for the breakaway. I think it's a good opportunity. And this weekend, we'll hang on and watch the champions battle it out from afar."
