AUVERGNE-RHÔNE-ALPES REGION POLKA-DOT JERSEY PARTNER
No race is more beloved in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes than the Critérium du Dauphiné. The region's very own race connects our two mountain massifs on a route that gives punchers and climbers a great deal of opportunities to shine. It is at times like these that big competitions such as this one are needed the most to rediscover the majestic landscapes of the Alps and the Central Massif and reach out towards new horizons.
We also need the strong sensations that come with an event such as this one, featuring a star-studded peloton eager to see where it stands just a few weeks ahead of the Grande Boucle. The Critérium is a race that requires both a bold demeanour and dogged determination to stay in touch in the high mountains, especially this time round with an Alpine trilogy in which we look forward to an epic showdown.
We will also have the pleasure of watching stars born and bred in our region who, in the vein of the world champion and recent winner of the Flèche Wallonne, Julian Alaphilippe, will inspire all our young people riding in pursuit of a similar destiny in our amateur clubs. The Criterium will once again reflect the DNA of our region, which harbours a burning passion for cycling and is keen to show the world one more time that it is the number 1 destination in France for those who love this sport with powerful values: self-sacrifice, the determination to push one's limits and tireless effort.
